1. First of all, I can tell you that to be hit capped, you need to have 263 hit rating, which is 8%. If people tell you that you NEED more, tell them that they're wrong. I tried to politely say so, but no one believed me. I'm just gonna to on knowing I'm right about this and gemming around a 263/26...
