Re: Questions for the Hunters here.
Been a while since I've posted here, but it's a god question, so might as well ^^ 1: Why do we become attached to our pets? Well, as some have pointed out, not all do. I know several hunters that'll only tame whatever is best for dps, for example. Personally, I'm not that attached to most of my pets...

Re: Let's get serious - rotation time
er... this is a beta thread, ain't it? You sound as though you're talking about live with a mana economy, rather than beta with the focus shenanigans. For one thing, only MM have aimed shot, and for MM you need CHimera in there somewhere. Yes, I know it's about rotations in Cataclysm and not live, ...

Re: Let's get serious - rotation time
thats probably why my dps sucks...I think I just spam steadyshot with thr occasional arcane, and sometimes scorpion. BW whenever thats free...bust mostly spam steady... ... I have no idea on rotations for any of my classes ^^; It's quite easy, really. :) You simply fire your shots based on their pr...

Oh shoot... if I drop mining I will lose my ability to smelt elementium. >.< maybe that's not such a great idea... So mining would have to go, though yes, I'd lose the ability to smelt elementium. If you guys are talking about the old Smelt Elementium, I seriously doubt that's gonna work for Catacl...

Yup. That's one of the reasons I like it. ^^MaximumOverdrive wrote:Yep, can use it to find quests mobs or whatever you want npc wise. You can use WoWhead or such to find the NPC ID and put it in the NPCscanTaluwen wrote:didnt know you could do that.

Re: Silverdragon bug?
I only use NPCScan, and it hasn't failed me yet. ^^ It might be tedious to add all the old world rares, but I'm usually only interested in Outland and Northrend rares. And anything I want to find elsewhere is just a quick addition. And I really like the fact that it doesn't have to be a rare. Used i...

Bottom line is wether you enjoy what you do or not.
If you do, then tell your "friend" to have a coke and a smile and stfu.

Re: Spirit Beasts - What do you want to see?
The onyx panther. I want him! Also, Spider with a mild venomous cloud, Wind Serpent with windy cloud animations and a Gorilla with stone-like texture (or just A-me). Maybe a skeletal/diseased skin on any beast. Like REALLY skeletal/diseased. Or a Raptor with lots of tribal feathers (or mar...

Re: Is it too late for them?
I get the "favourite beast" thing (mine's Gryphon and I really want one as a pet!) and the utility aspect, since I like that too. But it's still just "new and shiny" in different words. And in my opinion, that's just not a very good argument for new pets. Remember that not all hu...

Re: Is it too late for them?
I would MUCH rather have new families then new skins. But why? I keep seeing people want new pet families all the time, but no one ever gives a reason other than "I want". Not saying it wouldn't be nice if we could tame hydras and clefthooves and so on, but why do you want them? Just for ...

Re: Completing all quests, then turning in?
I try to do it like that, but always end up with too many quests or not enough.
Usually I just pick up everything I can in a questhub, head out, then return when I'm done, but I always have quests from somewhere else taking space.. -.-

Re: Cata. Collectors Edition worth it?
Well, atm I'm sitting on 115 mini-pets, so I'd really like to get a few more to bring it up to 120+ (big collector).
But limited budget might prevent me. Need to save money for moving and such too..

Re: Mammoths, Elekks, Clefthoofs, Stags, Zhevras and others
Odd that the carnivores would pick that. seems very out of character for the Wolvars. Makes perfect sense, actually. If they had carnivorous pets, they'd have to share their food. And as Necrie pointed out, in an emergency they can eat their pets. Some native-american tribes used horses in much the...

Re: NERF BAT INC!
I heard Dungeons and dragons Online wasn't that great, at least compared to other top MMO's like WoW and LotR. but I haven't actually played it. It's a matter of taste, really... On the one hand it lacks a lot of the fine tuning WoW has in certain areas. But if you enjoy the DnD games like Neverwin...

Force opinion....no, I actually state that IMO --- I wouldn't use it as a tanking option. As you pointed out and agreed with what I already pointed out --- most bosses are IMMUNE to stun. You see immune. So you can't stun with it ---so you cannot generate threat with it. Afaik, Intimidation will st...

Actually, you might be paying for up to 32 MB/s. If you are, they are still keeping their end of the bargain. That's how it is with my provider, NextgenTel. But they have 2-3 competitors, so their service is pretty good. Anyway, read the fine print on your contract. Big companies love to sneak in li...
