Re: Patch 4.3 World Event Pets No Longer Bound
I would never have been able to keep all the squashlings I got this year. Bag space is at a premium for me until Void Storage comes out. But I might've saved one for my shaman. Pretty much every other character I has The Hallowed achievement, including my level 48 warlock (from back when you could w...

Re: Raid mounts...NOT Aspect!
Tangent inc: Don't get me wrong. I love raiding. I have no problem with mounts going to raiders because I think there can and should be rewards that come along with the extra difficulty. I'm also a healer at the core, so I'm used to grouping for just about anything. But even when I was hardcore raid...

Re: Feedback for Eng
I want there to no longer be Goblin/Gnomish engineering. All of the leatherworking and blacksmithing specializations went away. Anyone can learn anything now in those professions. And though Alchemy and Tailoring have specializations, it's not related to what you can learn/make/use, just gives you b...

Re: Raid mounts...NOT Aspect!
Having said that, I'd like more rep grind mounts and less raid rewards. Even for raiders it can be a big bummer. I collect mounts on my hunter and raid with my druid, who uses flight form anyway. Raid rewards are cool but having them for every raid, and knowing that *every* awesome mount is a raid ...

Re: Raid mounts...NOT Aspect!
Eh, I hardcore raided from BC until ToC. I can't do it any more, but I don't see a problem with rewarding a heroic kill with something. Normal mode gets a drake too (the orange one). We get rewarded for all kinds of achievements. I think there's a far better variety of achievements and rewards than ...

Thori'dal dropped tonight. We were 4 manning and I was the only hunter and the raid leader and dk were all like "grats Aldera".
The rogue rolled Need and won it.

Re: Which armour set will you use?
My priest has a zillion options because I've hoarded old stuff like no other. My initial thoughts were t3 with benediction, t0.5 with benediction, or t5 with the staff of immaculate recovery. Then I was playing around in wowhead and I came up with this: http://www.wowhead.com/compare?items=22305:829...

Bristleblitz Striker off of archimonde isn't too bad. Not a 100% color match, but very close.

Re: What pet do you hate(dislike)? Why? (Rare or common)
Oh let's see... Hate's a strong word, so I'll just go with stuff that just doesn't suit me. Beetles: Not sure why, actually, and some of the uldum models are really nice, but I just go "meh". It's not a bug thing, they just seem too passive to be a pet for me. I'm not a huge fan of flying ...

Re: Underused pets, and what should be done to help them
I think the pets with the "increased bleed damage" debuffs need some changing, because it's not an attractive debuff to a hunter aside from marks, who are still going to favor the buffs like agi, crit, or armor reduction. It seems to me that if you have a class that could benefit from it, ...

Re: The Rehoming Room
Passing on some good Karma after a nice warlock helped me get Skarr (BM/Surv means no silence for me, and he was on a rock that I couldn't reach with the haste buff updraft), tonight I helped a hunter with Skitterflame. Actually, there was a bit of competition for him, but they took turns. They kept...

Re: Anyone else disappointed by the new 4.2 rares?
I think the big thing is the way Blizzard promoted them. Using catchphrases like "new and unique". Now, to the average player, this is true. The thing is, to Petopia, a different color of an existing model, whether it's a new color or has been in the database since vanilla's beta, is not u...

Re: Well fellow petopians tomorrow I fight for us!
First off, I played during Vanilla. I went through the tribulations of training points, pet loyalty, levelling a pet from 9-60, and taming random mobs to learn new skills. I've seen guildie pets run away because they died too many times pulling Geddon. I was there when you had three stable slots. I ...

Re: Well fellow petopians tomorrow I fight for us!
I can't post on the official forums anymore, but the topic of more stables slots has been an interest of mine for some time. I don't think unlimited is feasible. Nor do I think "one of each family" is particularly fair either. 25 stable slots was great during early-mid beta. Heck, I couldn...

I'm not playing at the moment, and I don't know when/if I'll resubscribe, but this is my favorite, as well as the one that goes best with Aldera's style.

Re: Madexx vs. Venomscale Spitter?
If a rare that I like has a common counterpart, there's a good chance I will tame the rare. It's just how I am - I've been a rare hunter for years. I like the thrill of it. That said, if I have a rare, I'm not going to go out of my way to be a jerk with it. Nine times out of ten, it will be renamed ...

Re: Chasm Stalker Question
Yes, you can, BUT it doesn't stay very long. It's not a true buff, but it does seem to have a duration. Maybe a minute or so.
You can also get them with a buff that increases movement speed. But it's a 5 minute duration buff. So you're not going to be able to keep it very long.

Re: The joy of doing all quests in a certain area, and deliv
I do that when I can, obviously only Outlands and Northrend now. I remember pre-cata doing RaF with my boyfriend and we collected a bunch of quests, in Hinterlands I think since that hub seemed to be "gather up all these quests and we'll see you back in an hour" more than most. I think we ...
