Its more like 2-8 spawn timer. 8 is the latest weve seen them respawn, cant change my forum post cause the forum is locked unfortunately. Youve seen then spawn 12 hours apart? Some of the rocks break down and respawn after a short period of time. You need to use those rocks to get further up. Also.. You really don't want to be standing anywhere near those two mobs when someone is taming them (unless you're helping out with silencing shot o.o; ). There were about 7 people ...

The top picture, you're correct, there's one spawn point over there. Saw the crab spawn there last night, can't remember which rock it was exactly though.

I hunted one of those damn things with a friend for good 15 minutes or so. It was the spawn point a bit further north, and the bugger was hiding in a bush. >.< Would not have seen it had it not been for name plates.

Most definitely! Helped a few early birds get their spiders last night and tonight, but now that the zone is starting to fill up, it's starting to feel REALLY crowded, so I don't think I'll be seeing any of the new ones in a while. o.O

Did you check the buildings? If I don't remember wrong, that spot is where they spawn on the roofs.

Agreed with Kalli. ^-^ Whenever I can, I'll help a fellow hunter out. Be it rares or anything else. I've met an awful lot of people and made many new wonderful friends through the rare hunt. The taming challenges so far have also been a blast.

Congrats on your tames! Saw Solix again myself tonight, but unfortunately the person I was helping to tame him, ran around a little too long and the wee spider fell on his back when he was almost done with the tame. D: Glad to see someone else was more careful. Big congrats again!

The pic is from live server and I ran into a pack of them immediately after entering the spire. o.O I'm sorry for not being able to give any more info on them, but I can confirm they're still tameable on live.

No idea. :/ It's happening on FM. I think they drop a tear or something. I'm sad because the paladin died just as he killed Anthriss (Noooo Anthriss hold on just a little more!). It apparently is happening a lot across all servers. People are killing them for trophies or to mess with hunters I gues...

How do you get there without running through the gauntlet of fire that does damage? Or do you? It's way too complicated to get up there, jmho.
