Tamed, assuming a 4 hour respawn times, that's how long I waited anyway, good camping spot is standing on the little table nothing will aggro to you, during the tame you will aggro Vyral the Vile.

Yep I have seen two hunters come ask me if its spawned yet and then leave, one had a nice giantstalker and the golden wing bow xmog set, but 2 hours and counting on the respawn

So I have been standing on the table across from Vyral the Vile for an hour since the realm came up and still no Acroniss does anyone remember the spawn timer from the PTR or should I just expect a 4+ wait for the epic red skin? Side note I kinda like Vyral shoulders or amybe staring at them for so ...
