Quite honestly, and it may kill you to hear this, but your best bet is to just sit at the spawn. The timer is only about 6-8 hours, so once you get a spawn, come back in about 5 hrs and camp until the next spawn, rinse and repeat. Ankha won't spawn everytime, but she'll have to eventually. Spawn timer appears to be 4-6 hours, ive camped about 16 hours the spawns i witnessed were mostly killed so another hunter would not get it
