Re: Don't forget Fenryr!
Later I will try it again with Survival. I think it might be easier than BM in a way. Although, maybe not >.> Just did it as surv without thinking much.. or anything special.. just used a scalehide. Didn't even have lust up. Was on CD from Hymdall. Rofl'd my way through it. Totally doable. ;) Edit:...

Re: Good Old Glitch Pets
Yeahhhhhh the glitch visual pets are kinda balls. Removed at the drop of a hat so I hear. Quit in 3.3 so never really had one. Only glitch bastard I have is the old grimtotem spirit guide.. and well, nothing can screw that guy over. No glitchy invisible visual effect, just a wolf not a spirit beast....

Honestly I can see them adding wildhammer tattoos to base dwarves and a green tint for our regular trolls. I would love to see it.

Omfg sweet christ, that compy is hysterical. Hurt myself laughing. Hope we can keep em, but they just shrink em. Sadly, think they'll lose their tameable flag.

Re: Battle for Azeroth Allied Races Thread
Agreed. If Vulpera and Sethrak are to be playable, or could be, it won't be at launch. Blizz will probably see what the general consensus is regarding them and whether they are highly requested as an allied race, then implement them in some later patch. For sure, but Vulpera already have a player-o...

Re: Battle for Azeroth Allied Races Thread
I'm sure there is dialogue/quest text somewhere concerning it. I vaguely recall seeing it at one point. I'll see if I can find it. Update: Found datamined dialogue. I remembered there being two seperate groups. One was trying to free the C'thraxxi sealed in the main temple in Vol'dun, whilst the ot...

Re: Battle for Azeroth Allied Races Thread
Can read it here sixth post down. The poster is in the Alpha. Err, I was kind of hoping for datamined quest text/dialogue that supported this. So far, haven't really seen much in the ways of that? I pay really close attention to the Vulpera Hype Caravan discord, and there's a metric buttload of alp...

Have not heard that from anywhere.

Re: Battle for Azeroth Allied Races Thread
I make a mighty prediction: Mag'har/Dark Iron with prepatch. Why would we go back to AU Draenor/EK during our expedition to Zandalar/Kul'Tiras for these? They're both also nearly complete with everything. Zandalari/Kul'Tirans not long after launch. Blizzard did say they didn't want to gate them behi...

Re: The Strange Case of the Ghostly Silithid
Maybe its stealth can be broken prematurely through the aid of a low-level character with a minimally damaging DoT? And what about the transparent corpses? Does using a DH's Spectral Sight cause any sort of buff to appear on the corpse? No, when it breaks stealth, it loses that cosmetic. And no on ...

Re: The Strange Case of the Ghostly Silithid
Five times now with perfect timing on the tame. It literally teleports on the exact frame the tame happens (the tamed pet teleports!). Attempting to time this on the frame of stealth application results in a broken tame. No stealth buff after tame. I am legitimately frame perfect (it is a LOT more f...

Re: BFA Taking a Step Back for Pets. :/ (Specializations)
I'm not arguing against it; frankly I don't care if pets are spec locked or not, even though IMO spec-locked or not this is still better than what we have in legion. (Having more lust options alone) I'm just stating that it really isn't as serious of a situation as you're making it out to be, and r...

Re: BFA Taking a Step Back for Pets. :/ (Specializations)
Better is.. not subjective whatsoever in a competitive setting, I.E. any progression whether it be PvE or PvP. I can sympathize with pvp. Cunning is a lot more mandatory, it's literally another freedom/trinket... so I can see how that'll be an issue. But at least you have quite a few options to cho...

Re: BFA Taking a Step Back for Pets. :/ (Specializations)
Well you're going to have to bring the pet that's better instead of the pet you wanted unless the pet(s) you wanted fall into the correct spec(s), and for many of us, they absolutely do not. :( no not really. Better is subjective. I actually prefer to move at a faster speed on my Dark Iron and I wo...

Re: BFA Taking a Step Back for Pets. :/ (Specializations)
Curious if I am the only one who misses the days of Cata/MoP when hunters could bring almost any (all if BM) buff in the game to fill in the ones that were missing from your group. Was nice to have an excuse to swap pets. Still feels odd having so many stable slots, but not needing more than three....

Re: BFA Taking a Step Back for Pets. :/ (Specializations)
Honestly, this is a really stupid situation. Remove battle resurrection (STONE DOG BARK, GET BACK UP), remove Bloodlust/Heroism (DAT DOUBLE DOGGO ROARED, I SWING FASTER NOW), let pets swap specs for their own personal utility. If they're all the same DPS-wise, why would it matter what spec they're ...
