I have my pet set on passive, and macro my attacks like:

and I have Growl & Bite turned off....

I have a level 37 cat (Broken Tooth) who currently has 39 training points.

When I look under Beast Training, I see Prowl 1 requires a level 30 pet and 15TP's.

Why can I not train him to prowl?
