User 'moonflarez' on WoWhead is claiming to have looted the item from heroic Fyrakk - however they're also a new wowhead account and haven't posted any proof yet. Might be worth following but take as you will for now.

I just looked at the Secret Finder discord. The person who reported getting the Ember is none other than the person who screams at people for hiding surprise tames, Vesania. I wouldn't trust them. I hadn't realised they were known here as a bad actor. That's hilarious, albeit a bit pathetic. Oh well.
