Aaah, Mozag, Dottie is an absolute doll- so cute!

I was experimenting with camera focus and exposure levels. I used my dog's big stupid face for a subject.

This is Stella. Well, really it's Stellaluna because as a tiny kitten she looked more like a fruit bat than a cat. (I think she still sorta looks like a bat.)

I came home with her at the end of a 'free adoption' event at the Humane Society I volunteer at because...well. Because kitten mostly. But she was so very very tiny (I don't think she was the full three months they're supposed to be for adoption) and like four people had come down to specifically consider her for adoption and then went home with other cats instead (which is good really because some of them were older and it's always faboo to see them find a good home). Still, at the end of the day, poor little fuzzy baby went begging. She also had a slightly herniated spay incision and tbh I was worried about her.

So home she came. For about a month I claimed she was 'a foster kitten' (I do foster fairly often) buuuut at this point I think it's become clear she's not going anywhere, eheh. She's a 'black smoke'... her collar is silver (you can see in the pic) but her belly and britches are also silver-gray. She also has that one white whisker. Which is broken. I keep hoping it'll fall out or something but there ain't much I can do about it. She's feisty too. Even as a tiny kitten she once stole an entire bone out of a steak (it was bigger than she was) and fiercely defended it with growlings against cats many times her size.

Janie is a big kitty now And oh my god for a short hair she's shedding SO MUCH RIGHT NOOWWWWW

Got a bunny yesterday. Apparently Rayne believes she belongs to him because he spends most of the time sleeping with her and cleaning her. Bunny's name is Leia.

The cat on the bottom is a stray I took in because she's unfixed and there are 7 intact males living around us. Her name is Mileena.

Here are our kitties! Skye's a pretty cool dude. He's incredibly cuddly and extremely talkative, but then he's also got this really goofy, playful kitten-like side too. He does tend to have a very short temper though, but mostly with my husband. (He knows he's my baby.) I adopted him from a shelter two years ago, so by their estimation he's probably about eight years old now.




And this spoiled little thing is Mia. She was our first rescue. I got her when she was just under a year old, and we've had her for about five and a half years now. She is a typical prissy princess. She's very loving and patient with us, but she's not overly fond of Skye's nutty personality. They butt heads sometimes, but usually they leave each other alone. She looks annoyed in this picture, but she was in my hubby's lap so I'm sure she was 110% content. ^.^

Sounds my cat, when I take out her for a walk on her leash. She talks up quite the storm at times, and as try as she might. She still can't catch a squirrel. I'm just waiting for the day, one of them gets to bold or lets their guard down and she sneaks up on them. Knowing her, she wont know what to do with it once she catches it.

Why haven't I seen this thread before?

Then this is Koda. Another shelter adopt and a year old now. We aren't sure what his mix is either but we are pretty sure he has Aussie, with perhaps some golden or lab. He's got the sable merle gene which points to Aussie but it could be border collie instead. /shrug

Gummi the gum ball. The lovely bearded dragon with a colorful personality and a tasteful little attitude. She loves bubble baths!

Mojo and Numair are 2 yrs old, brothers from the same litter. Kayla is 4 yr old.

My God Miox is so bloomin adorable!! :3 I love rats. I'd never keep one myself, but they're just so cute!

The first is Paris, one cocker spaniel. Out of date photo, but it found it adorable coz it's when we first be out her home and when I took the photo she looked like she was smiling up at me, happy to be with her new owners :3
