Haiku Contest: Poll #5

Unread post by Mania »

(And finally, the last poll! My apologies on getting this one up late.)

Because we have lots of entries for the haiku contest, we will be doing multiple polls for the first round and a run-off between those winners for the second round.

The first round will last until midnight EDT on Thursday, March 25th. The run-off poll will last until midnight EDT on Sunday, March 28th. (Times are approximate, since I'm forgetful and often lazy.)

A couple of quick notes:
  1. Don't judge on spelling and punctuation. Judge on the emotion that the haiku inspires in you.
  2. Discussion is fine, but please do be polite if you offer a critique. These are works of the heart!
  3. I've decided in my role as arbitrator that the entries listed here are valid. I've been a bit lenient with syllables in some cases, but I can justify all my decisions. So there! ;)
Remember, if you're here as a visitor and you'd rather not create a forum account, you can e-mail me at mania@maniasarcania and I will add your vote to the tally.
