Yeah, I think most people aren't seeing any update available. I'll guess that it won't be up until late tonight or tomorrow.

Even then you might not be able to play on the PTR until they open the servers.

I'm playing right now but only can get on my Horde toons or any Alliance toons in Dalaran. Any toons in SW, Darn, IF and the Exodar I get World Server down.
