I still haven't gotten an invite yet either. If they are shuffling them out tonight, I figure maybe 2-4 days before we all get one? I did the sign up thing about a month ago so I figure they are probably going in order from who signed up for the 1yr sub deal.

100% now just waiting for an invite :)

From what I can tell their initial invites are going to top tier teams and Top news sites, Then will eventually go to the annual pass holders. Think of Annual pass holder beta time as more an 'open' beta stage. I say a month or two until we start to get them.
