Closed Beta Has Begun - NDA Lifted

We're still in the process of selecting accounts and ensuring that they're properly flagged for beta access. We've not yet sent out any invitation emails, though. So, you may want to check your registered email address periodically during the next 24 hours to see if you've been invited to the Cataclysm beta, or simply keep an eye on the "Manage My Games" section of your Battle.net Account Management page (https://us.battle.net/account). If you've been selected to participate, you'll definitely be notified in one of those two areas.

i vote that one of the first things to see in beta is what pets are there, and someone should hook us up with a video of the new pets.

(the sounds, the way they move, abilites, etc.)

i kind of wish they gave them new animations, instead of just recycling the old pet's animations.

oh well, at least we get new skins :p

They may still tweak them quite a bit. From what I have read, they are still getting talents and all those new quests under control right now.

Not to mention, there's so many of us that SOMEONE has to get chosen for Beta. Just by logic, at least one of us will get chosen, just because there's a lot of us on these forums.

And I think both the US and EU guilds applied to the Cataclysm Beta Guild Invitation so there's a chance people may be able to get into Beta that waytoo.
