Patch 4.0.3a Hotfixes - November 29

Hunter (Forums / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)

* The free Aimed Shot from Master Marksman was dealing too little damage. It now deals the same or a little bit more damage than the base Aimed Shot.
* Spirit Bond is now correctly applied when monkey or dog pets are active.
* The Gorishi Fledgling Colossus is now longer immobile when tamed.

* Trueshot Aura now functions correctly for level 39 hunters.
* Hunter pets that were immortal can now be killed, flying pets no longer fly, and pets that were immobile after tamed properly move.
* Beetle and turtle pet armor is now consistent with other Tenacity pet armor.
* Qiraji Scarabs from the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj are no longer able to be effected by the Mutate Bug buff after being tamed.

yup, my stv monkey now has spirit bond, and kept its Ret Aura.

The Gorishi Fledgling Colossus is now longer immobile when tamed.

Still bugging, nothing was fixed - at least for me.
Drop old one, got new Gorishi - samething, not moving nor respond to any command :O(

I actually suspect that the latest hotfix did dick and all. I'm hoping that maybe the delay was due to 'no reset' having been done.

Cata leather was supposed to stop dropping. It didn't.
Cata fish were supposed to not be able to be caught. They were.
The Uther's Blessing quest was supposed to be fixed. It wasn't.
The fledgling colossus was supposed to be unbugged. It wasn't.

I guess the spirit bond portion is working? I don't have either a monkey or a dog to test.

just checked my monkey again, spirit bond is fixed, and no more ret aura

Uther's Blessing was never glitched for me. In fact, I think it is a quest cache issue.
And cata leather is dropping? Where?

For me it was from the squeaky puffer fish in thousand needles/1k- but it now seems to have been fixed, I haven't gotten savage leather- or the next artic fur, something called pristene hide or something, for a while.

So it might be some bugs are slower to fix than others.

Blizzard didn't quite fix this. Mine is broken too. Did the same thing you did.

Hotfixes may not apply until your server is restarted next.

Loss of flying makes me a sad panda.. (starts kicking birds to the curb).

Lol, maybe that's the problem right there. It's NOW LONGER IMMOBILE. It's immobile longer. They meant no. Why did I just now see that?

Hopefully tonight's hotfix works when the restart goes.

Just felt like pointing this out: the typo wasn't made by Nightslights; it was made on the hotfix 'bulletin board'.

Great that they're fixing the immortal pets. Just sad that the fliers are going. :(

Anyone know if they're still immortal before reset?

Yeah, on my server flyers are still flying... will be sad to see that go.

Yeah, Nightslights was just reposting info here for us to see. I missed the typo the first few times I read it, and caught it when I went to MMO-Champion. I thought it was funny.
