@__@ A little help with WoW Model viewer plox?
So I am losing it. I'm trying to make something but for the life of me can not get it to work.
My main problem is this. I'm in WoW Model viewer trying to save the animations on stuff like the Warpstalker and such. When I hit Export AVI it comes up as normal. I made a little folder for the animations to go in, named them stuff like "Warpwalk.avi" and saved. However, NONE of the animations show up in the folder after saving! I did a full computer scan to see if for some reason they went elsewhere and they do not show up. Its like they don't exist!
Does any one know how to get the export to work? I just cant figure it out ;.; Maybe its something wrong on my end. IDK.

Hmm, I can't say I've ever worked with animations much aside from exporting some gifs now and then (which always worked for me, but I've never tried AVIs).
I'm concerned about the future of WoW Model Viewer since it seems fairly unmaintained, or at least there don't seem to be many significant updates to it. In WoD Blizzard will be using a new type of format for the files which means the model viewer won't work at all anymore unless someone makes a new one, to my understanding.

Sadly, I believe the export feature in the current version (0.7.1.beta2) of WMV is broken:

This could be the same problem you are having. The current version is pretty buggy. None of the forsaken models will load. Exporting seems completely broken, and importing models from armory is down as well. They are working on fixing all of these for the next version though, which hopefully will be out soon. Also, you can always ask any questions in the WMV english support thread here: http://wowmodelviewer.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=12
As for the future of WMV, it seems pretty secure Since Jeromnimo took it over. He's been doing a great job with it thus far and seems to be on the ball with getting all the bugs worked out!
