Need some help from someone with photoshop skills!

I commissioned this piece of my night elf druid by a wonderful artist, however she got the colours a bit wrong, and I was wondering if there's anyone able to correct it in photoshop for me please? The artist has given me full permission to alter the image.

This is the colour of skin and hair I was wanting, mainly just the skin I need to fix:

This is the best I could do in in a few minutes! ;_; Sorry about the yellow splotches- it'd take precise tablet work to paint inside the lines to replicate a more natural skin tone (especially on the ears!); someone with more time than me can likely do better!
