Old items that vender for gold or silver?

I remember back in early TBC I farmed blood shards in the barrens. They stacked to 10 and vender price was 10 silver each. That was my go to farming spot for gold.
What items do you remember farming? It could have been white, green items or mats. It had o drop often and easy to obtain but still a somewhat "meh" way of earning gold.

Scorpid blood from Silithus.
For some reason I figured that was the best way to make gold by farming scorpids.

Some form of fang from Dustwallow marsh I used to farm. It's how I got my first mount! back when you had to be level 40 to get your first one

Felcloth back in classic. I farmed Felwood so long and hard back then. All to get my epic mount back in the day. @_@
OH you mean like "meh" ways lol! That would have to be Tiger Meat. For some reason I farmed it. Probably because I also fed it to my pets

I farmed the earth elementals in Arathi Highlands for the gold for my first mount at level 40. Their trash drops vendored fairly well, and they had a decent chance of dropping white profession materials that I could AH, as well as Greens.
