Day/Night Wierdness

Not sure why but Dala seems to have a planetary issue, 1st image is with Arg, second image it gives way to the night sky. I find it rather annoying as a planet should stay up there not disappear by flying a bit North. Anyone else notice this? (same two areas with Inky Black pot don't change at all)
