Looks like the Sunwell finally did the job (also gave females freckles)

They said they were not going to work on the older races for now, so I find this odd. I'm guessing it must be for NPCs?

They could also have said that in an attempt for it to be a surprise. There's several theories floating around about these faces/eyes and if they're npc only or if they could be used for belf priests/paladins etc. Nobody really knows.
