While doing a world quest in Drustvar I came across a Horde player with a yellow name now when I saw they were yellow was after I did this world quest which involved me killing a rare elite I always thought a yellow name meant I could get flagged if I so much as hit them even on accident but upon looking I wasn't flagged even though I used barrage a lot which usually hits everything in its path.

Did this get changed with war mode and I thought since mine remains off I wouldn't see anyone with it on or did I just get lucky?

Oh sweet thank you for the answer now anytime i see a yellow name it won't bother me.
