Dungeon Finder Fixes?

Anyone else frustrated with LFG? I've heard a lot of suggestions being made and thought it might be fun to make a thread with ideas on how to fix it.

My suggestion would be with huge que que times for dps, I thought maybe they should make members of the group npcs. If no tanks are found throw in a generally geared tank for that dungeon,but it does defeat the purpose of a dungeon in some ways because you're not with a whole group of other people. And it could lead to a further wave of people not wanting to try harder roles.
