LF guild advice for Draenor EU

I've been thinking about getting back into WoW and moving off my dead realm/realm I didn't want to be on. And I have a kinda friend IRL who plays on Draenor EU I don't intend to join their guild or any guild really I doubt my love for raiding will come back since I was informed a few times that the raiding attitude kinda changed for when I last really played.
So has anyone played on Draenor EU or know of any good guilds from there that are kinda lax? If not I'll be reactivating my account maybe later on today so I can check since I won't be able to transfer until Wednesday x.x (Plus I can't make a thread on the official WoW forums till I activate Dx
Plus it gives me time to catch up on things since OMG AM I OUTTA WACK WITH MY SO CALLED OWN CLASS! Though I probs would take alts with me since the whole hunter boom it's nicer to have backups for when I can't raid on my main x.x
