Golden dragons are for good luck when leap year is during the year of the Dragon.

I'll tell you a secret.

Don't camp TLPD. Instead work on getting your White Polar Bear Mount.

TLPD spawned for me while I was doing the daily for the White Polar Bear Mount. I ended up killing him above Brunnhildar village.

Whether or not you camp for TLPD is up to the person, really. Sometimes I like to camp and sometimes I don't, it depends on my mood. But if people want to get TLPD asap and don't want to typically spend forever looking for him, people will camp. I camp when I have nothing better to do but I do plan on doing those dailies sooner or later.

And yeah, riding it does feel like a rollercoaster. For some reason I feel like I'm flying slower on him than my other mounts but I don't mind it too much. I get used to it.

I'm not a huge fan of the camel mounts, especially because of their inaccurate animations... But I still thought I could at least take a nice picture of one of them before they never get seen again~

The poor camels. Their animations are soooo awful, but they are kind of cute in their buck-toothed way.

I love their walk animation, it looks great! But the mount special and the run makes me QQ.

Christ, I caused a lot of drama in trade chat for wanting one of these, apparently. I wanted to buy one for 18k and some guy told me they *needed* to be sold for *at least* 27k. I was like... wat. I've never seen one on the AH for that much lol. So eventually some nice guy made me one and sold it to me for 17k. (: Finally, a nice shiny ground mount to use.

Also shows how FOR TEH HORDE I am. I even have a 'For The Horde' hoodie. Yeah.

I'm not a huge fan of cloaks cause of all the clipping issues they cause and stuff... But that does match really well. o.o Wow. I just normally prefer to keep helm/cloak off, hehe.

Also, can anyone think of a pet that might match TLPD whenever I finally get him? I'm thinking Sambas since they're both golden-brown in colour. Feeling super lucky, like I might get my drake soon...

Hrm. I'm one of the officers of a social guild and today we had some guy ask if there was any easy drake mounts he could get because he apparently really wanted a drake. Then he said he was sat in Deepholm waiting for Aeonaxx, just in case. Not five minutes later this guy starts spamming guild chat about how he just lost Aeonaxx because he was tabbed out for two minutes. The point of me 'ranting' about this though is cause this guy was all like 'OMFG I CAMPED FOR AGES LIKE 6 HOURS FOR HIM AND THIS IS WHAT I GET.' This really got on my tits. Six hours is a joke to be camping for a rare mount spawn like Aeonaxx or Time Lost. Get it within that time and you're stupidly lucky. But this guy went on and on and on about how he lost it and that it was unfair. I suppose if he'd actually researched he'd have found that tabbing out of WoW is a bad idea when relying on NPC Scan and that you'll need WoW to be on windowed mode or full screen (windowed) mode for you to be able to hear it go off. I cannot tolerate people who camp yet have no idea what they're doing. Like every single time I see someone camping over the Frozen Lake. I want to slap them.

I just... I don't... ARG. People. Y U NO LEARN TO CAMP.

In other, less ranty, less mount related news, I cleared out my stable today of pets that just sat there and did nothing. I decided to tame pets that I think look nice with my transmog gear and mounts, so first on my list is Sambas (Named Altaïr) to match my current gear and my hopefully-rather-soon-to-be Time Lost. I'm considering taming that warp stalker that Meggers suggested as well but I'm not 100% convinced anymore I like the colours too much. Either way, I'll go check 'em out and have a look see.

It's like when ppl who camp casually get pee'd at you when u finally get him when u put 110% effort in - I've had that with mounts and pets - including a serial stacker 'reporting' me for using hacks to get Aeonaxx :roll:

I simply told him 'look sweety I didn't cheat, I just used my brains to not stack on the same god damn spot as others as this effectively narrows your chances by 50% or more! Oh and a tip, camping for more than 3 hours a day helps -.-"
