Real ID Mount/Meta Farming Groups - HORDE EU ONLY!

Important edit: It turns out that we can't cross-realm raid with battletags after all, but we CAN use Real ID coming with the next patch. So if you still want to do cross-realm mount farming and whatnot, you'll have to tell people your email and they'll be able to see your real name after all. I've never had a huge problem with this, never thought it was such a big deal, but I understand some people won't want to do this. And I'm afraid I've realised I won't have the time to be organising these groups myself. I'll easily have time to join in on the runs we do together but I'll not be able to organise them myself, sorry, someone else will have to do it. But continue to post either way and we'll see if something can be sorted eventually.

So thanks to the wonderful Meggers, who decided to create this thread for people to come together via the upcoming battletag system and to do some raids for mount and meta farming, or whatever we like really, I decided to create a seperate thread for the EU Horde-side peeps who are interested in this idea. Since US and EU people still cannot come together via this system, we have to do it seperately, which is a shame, however it will, in the end, make the groups easier to organise. If you're in the US, please comment on the other thread instead. If you're Alliance you might also want to create a seperate thread, as I'm not interested in Alliance at all and a large majority of us here on Petopia seem to be more interested in doing mount runs on their Horde characters. Sorry. ):

If you are interested in doing some of this stuff with us and you have a battletag set up already, please post in the comments with your battletag and what you might be interested in doing in these groups.

For those wondering how to create your own battletag before it comes live, go to your account on battle.net and there's an option right there to create one. You can pick almost whatever name you like at all, since the battletag comes with a random number attached to the end, which means it's possible to pick the same name someone else might already have.

For example, my battletag is Chao#2797, and anyone is free to add me via this name once battletag is available.

• Icecrown Citadel 10/25 Meta achievement. [Bloodbathed/Icebound Frostbrood Vanquishers.]
• Cataclysm Heroic Dungeon Meta achievement. [Volcanic Stone Drake.]
• Cataclysm Raid Meta Achievement. [Drake of the East Wind.]
• Ulduar Normal 25 Farming. [Mimiron's Head.]
• Icecrown Citadel 25 HC Farming. [Invincible.]
• Onyxia's Lair Farming. [Onyxian Drake.]
• Eye of Eternity Farming. [Blue/Azure Drakes.]
• Obsidian Sanctum 10/25 3D Farming. [Black/Twilight Drakes.]
• Tempest Keep Farming. [Ashes of Al'ar.]
• Possible Firelands Meta + Mount Farming in the future!

I don't know for sure if I'm going to be able to lead these groups, however. I'm great when it comes to organisation, but I'm not the greatest raid leader. Most of these raids won't prove a problem much at all, however strats are still expected to be known for places such as Tempest Keep (As it can get a little tricky even at our level.) and Icecrown Citadel. I would love for as many people to be interested in this as possible, so if you would really like a chance at some shiny mounts with a reliable group, please make a comment to let everyone know!

Okay, so, it turns out that we might not actually be able to do cross-realm raiding with battletags... Which would really suck... :/

I'm waiting for official confirmation that we can/can't cross-realm raid before adding on to this thread, I don't really wanna be wasting my time...

We CAN cross realm raid when the patch comes, but it'll have to be with the regular RealID and not Battletags. So people have to fess up their real names, which imo, is not a big deal.
