Get to the Choppa! now has Account Wide progress.
Grand Expedition Yak now has Account Wide progress.
Traveler's Tundra Mammoth now has Account Wide progress.
Vial of the Sands now has Account Wide progress.

Rereading this again, does this only apply to the achievements, rather than the mounts being shared?

I think the mounts had a direct corelation to the achievement, so maybe this is the way that the mounts can be BOA because the achievement will be BOA too?

Perhaps some underlying code of the game was that characters couldn't ride the Mechano-Hog without having the acheivement for some reason?

Oh wait, there was already a blue post making these account-wide before. I forgot. x_x So yes, the patch note does only apply to the achievements, but this is still good.

There’s also a new mount that can be obtained by defeating Elegon, a celestial dragon found deep within the Vault: Reins of the Astral Cloud Serpent.

I wonder, if its like a heroic 100% dealio or a rare drop chance or what.

There's no news on that at all, sadly. Only that it was confirmed that the mount drops from that boss.
