So Tuesday Maintenance comes around and I happen to be in the storm peaks just flying back from checking on froggle, there's about 5 minutes until server restart so I figure what the hell why not go and look around for TLPD.

So I'm flying around, its the last 15 seconds before the server shuts down and then all of the sudden, Npcscan has a heartattack saying it found TLPD.

Here I am staring at the clock 10 seconds remaining! My heart jumps into my throat and I aggro him as fast as I can and slowfall to the ground.
5 seconds remaining. Here he comes about to get up close and personal. another auto shot, down to 40%.
I hear myself screaming in my head HAVE TO MAKE IT!

38% Im going to do it ! I've got It! - - - - Disconnected.....

Nooooooo! T.T

I'd try posting a ticket. As you said, he was just on 38% when you got disconnected, so it might just be that your autoshots killed the bastard. They can just check if you really got the kill. If so, it's just a matter of getting a kind GM to give it to you.

Mm, it's worth a shot to open a ticket. No harm in trying. As Saturo said, you may have killed him during the disconnect. Your character stays in game for a small amount of time after a forced exit.

I physically winced when I read your post. Man if that had ever happened to me I would have curled up in a corner for a while.
