Just checked Arcatraz on the Beta and the Phase Hunter is finally tameable. :D (sorry if this was known info)

I know the skin isn't unique anymore, but still, it's good to see more tameable pets.

Cool! Checked petopia, its not on the locations for that skin. Great for people who want to get it al a lower lv.
