Hawkbane is Back!! (PTR)

So, again, while searching the PTR for stuff.. I remembered someone asking if anyone had seen Hawkbane, the kitty in Skettis... Well.. Flying over the area...

He's a rare spawn too!

Aha! Three he is! I went looking for him, an dof course checked in his little cave. No wonder I couldn't find him!

I wish they would give special spawns like this a unique skin. It's a shame some of these beauties blend in with some of the not so rares. Just my opinion.

There's something regal about the white tiger model on Hawkbane. Even if it is used on many other mobs, it just suits him somehow.

He carries himself differently, and I can't picture him with a different skin.

I don't know why, but having Hawkbane back amuses me more than any of the other changes we've seen in Cataclysm.

EDIT: Actually, come to think of it...with the Winterspring changes, doesn't that mean that only King B and Hawkbane will use this skin now?

Is Hawkbane now on the achievement thing for Outland too? Shoulda seen what he dropped

Also; anyone know if any more of the Silithid "ant" versions are tameable? as opposed to just the brownish one?

Highly unlikely that Hawkbane would be added to an achievement that's from two expansions ago. The ogre from Nagrand isn't on the achie either, and he was a rare back in the day himself.

That, and the fact that none of the added spirit beasts were added to the WotLK achievement.
