Sadly thats because Nuramoc is a rare and needed for an achievement if I'm remembering correctly. His respawn timer is almost exactly 24 hrs.

Been lurking for a while here now, but I decided to sign up to console myself... I saw Ban'thalos on my DK, so I hustled over on my worgen hunter to try and tame it.

Unfortunately, I hadn't finished unlocking the dailies yet, so I did that quickly... Fortunately, Ban'thalos was still there, but so was a BE hunter. Regardless, I made a couple of attempts by flying straight up from the statue head. Got killed 3 times (once from fall damage, once from forgetting to scatter shot the moonfire, and once for forgetting to pop deterrence.) The fourth time, the BE hunter stopped watching me and joined me on the statue. I ignored him, but what I didn't realize was he put a trap down for that attempt...

Long story short, horde hunter got Ban'thalos with my "help", and I have nothing to show for it but a repair bill.

(My own fault for forgetting to put a trap down, but still...)

Seem Skarr for the first time in Molten Frount last night..not one I want but I know how many others do so I anounced in guild chat but no one was intrested, another friend on line asked his guild members and we had a VERY excited hunter pleading to tame it..lol.

So I stood watch telling them that if someone did show up I was not going to stop them but I'd try to make sure someone didnt come to just kill it (was suprised NO ONE but an AFK lock was in the area) Once she got there the tameing begain...many attempts. (that cats hits hard, kind of glad he/she was never on my tame list) Well as we are about to start another atempt the AFK lock becomes active, at first we thought he was just going to watch but suddenly as she hits tame he starts spaming and DOTing the heck out of the cat, though Skarr got in one last hit killing all of us (includeing the lock) the lock's DOTS killed him. When I pst him he said "its not like I got to loot it" I was ferious. The other hunter was crushed, it was so close to finnishing the tame and the lock brock it by what he did and killed the cat.

((Thankfuly Deth'tilac was up so hopeing she got atleast her for a new pet that night))

Found Deth'tilac today, so I made a few (poor) attempts. Then a Horde hunter came along, so I let him get a go. But he wasn't sending in a pet to take the Deth Strikes, so I thought, "Hey, I still have a shot at this."

So, Deth'tilac evaded back to his starting place... Then there was the dreaded SERVER RESET. So I decided to wait in front of Dethy and try again when the server came back up.

When I logged back in, no more Deth'tilac. D: I didn't think server resets could do that, but there you go. (I suppose the Hordie could've gotten it, but I was sitting right in front of Deth when the server reset, so...)

Aw, that sucks that they thought you killed it. :/ (I found a red Madexx earlier but I didn't want it... But I did see an orc hunter clearly camping one of its spawn points, so I pointed it out to him. Good deed done for the day. :)

one would think, that after 4.3 came out, that greifing would be 0, right? well, it's not. I was having a good roll, I had gotten Solix, Kirix, Banny, the new tiger From End Time, all with in a day of hitting 85. but my prize, still eluded me. Deth. Sara was camping with me, when My net went down and I was out from like 3 min, maybe more. when I came back, deth was sitting in front of me, but Sara had logged to bed. Has he been there, things might be different, But I don't blame him. Well, I started trying to kite him solo but every time I resed my pet, he reset. I did that so many times, with the same results, resets. I then decided to Kite him over to where the quest givers by the portal where, so I could have somebody that Deth could focus on when I ressed my pet. It worked, sort of. When I got over there, a Dreanei DK started fighting him. I ressed my pet, Deth killed the DK. I continued Kiting Deth, while he killed the NPCs. I had a couple mobs aggro onto me, but I froze them. When I ressed my pet the last time, Deth went to this paladin, who refused to give up aggro. Deth killed the NPCs, as I spammed tame, but he was Still on the paladin. When Deth killed the last guy, the paladin ran up to Deth, kited him to me, then Killed him, spit on him, then on me a lot of times, then Ran away. great. just great. Now, even when 4.3 is out, I Still Have To Fight Stupid **** People To Get The Spider I Want Most! (if you look back near the beginning, you'll see my tale of me fight people in my main.) I Don't Want To Go Through That Again! (but it looks like I'll have too...I am so mad and sad right now :cry:

Damn, I'm sorry! That's awful. I really just do not get why people think that it's okay to grief others, even if they are on the "other side". Horde, Alliance...people, it's not a real war, it's just what side you like the most! It's like rabid football fans. I just don't get that either. :shock:

I mean, team spirit is great, but that's no reason to try and hurt someone for not liking your team!

/spit is the most disgusting, rude emote in the game. I would rather have /rude or /laugh directed at me than /spit. Thats the ultimate insult in WoW to me. Hell, I'd rather have /teabag in game than /spit. Or even /middlefinger. Haha.

I'm sorry, star. If I hadn't had to freakin' work so early on CHRISTMAS EVE I would have been able to help.

today was not my day. from last night over to today, My mount runs dropped nothing, OS3D pugged, lost the mount, lost TLPD to a paladin.....not my day.

Heads up! One day you'll find him sitting on his rock, staring at you with his cute eyes and no one will be around to harm you and him. That's what happened to me with Skarr on Larkania. I entered the front one early morning and he was there waiting for me. I wish you good luck and don't let those retards ruin your day!
(and Karkin seems like a popular target of Warriors, Mages and Warlocks. I had him killed 6 times in front of my very eyes while trying to tame or rehome - each time begging the person not to do it via emotes (when alliance) or whisper. Sometimes I got rude emotes or whispers back, sometimes not even an answer why they did it. This was the worst for me. I left the front for four weeks and after I returned I never had griefers again and lots of succesful rehomings.)

I spent a few weeks, on trying to tame Karkin against this other hunter of all things. Which made it that much worse. =(

He was camping for Skarr. Every time Karkin would spawn, he'd get pissed off, kill it, and leave.

Since I am on Mug-Thol I did not have to deal with griefers for a looooong time till I hit 85. When my friend and I were getting me Deth and a random ally hunter showed up, killed my friend then targeted me. I Feigned Death so Deth went after the Hunter. Aimed shot + Deth Strike killed him and I got the tame so I got that one...

Then there was the Worgen/Sambas incident. The Worgen was 83 and couldn't get the Sambas so he decided to just kill him everytime the Worgen saw him. I got Sambas and killed the Worgen with my new kitty. But other than those 2 times I have been lucky enough to not encounter many griefers.

But...I am sorry for everybody who has had to deal with people like this
