Losing Glimmer Tracks

ARRRRGH found 3 or 4 footprints for Glimmer then lost him in the Arboretum! I've been searching high and low for 30 minutes.

Thanks Devs for putting 5 BILLION things on the ground! Turned down my graphics and still can't see any tracks, this is impossible!

Yeah, the Arboretum is the worst place. I remember going blind tracking him there in beta. x_x

My suggestion is if you know he's there, go wait in that little corridor that leads down from the Arboretum...it's the grassy slope with logs in it. He patrols right down the center, so if you just keep a flare in the middle of it he's bound to cross by. That's my method in any case, I find it easier to stand there flaring for a while than trying to see through the petals and deal with the wasps.

Finally found his tracks again, and took ages to flare him! What a pain!

There he goes...he walked out of range, so I got him on my next attempt.

Glimmer was the hardest one for me other than Patrannache. Both of them have really tiny tracks and go through some areas with a lot of color on the ground, which makes it really easy to lose the trail. What I do is have a map open of their route and wait just on the other side of the colorful area for them. With Glimmer, I actually found him on the south end of his trail right before he crossed the river and phased out.

Yea I kept thinking that he must've got past me, and so I backtracked wayyyyy South all the way to the Breeze part of his patrol. Didn't see any tracks down there, so I went back up, and found tracks next to the wall in the uphill valley part leading up to the Arboretum. I spotted one track a little further northwest than the Where the Wild Things Are map indicated, almost touching the "M" in Dawn's Blossom when looking at the map.
