Too High Level to tame from the past

Unread post by ligewolf »

Does anyone remember any pets that were tameable but were too high level to actually tame them in their corresponding expansion but now that we are lvl 90s can go back to tame these "out of reach" pets? I know there were a few. I remember this happen to me in wrath and cata, but now i can't remember these pets. Hope someone can name a few.

From Cataclysm, the Florawing Hive Queen was one, Prince Lakma another.

The only one that came to me off the top of my head was the Florawing Hive Queen from ZG:

She got a low level rare lookalike though, and I can't really think of any specific models that were unattainable until we reached MoP since a lot of low level rares were added to fill in unused looks. As you said though there are probably others, I just can't think of them right now.

EDIT: Ah Wain jumped ahead of me. ;)
