Fidonis' location is near Winna's Kitten. Most people know where that is in Felwood due to it being a quest item.

Thank you SO SO much. Was frantically running around felwood to try and look for him with a friend and since there's no info on WoWhead yet I appreciate it.

I started camping ol' Fido for one of my alts the day the new pets went live. XD I had one of the transparent white helldoggies but I've never been a fan of the 'transparent' models, personally... I was ecstatic that the ONE helldog skin I wanted was finally available in its proper state at last!
Now if they'd just fix dogs so their bite wasn't channeled....
