Supposedly it's true, someone on my server said they saw someone else with one of the Death Adder snakes out full time, it wasn't a Dire Beast summon... yet every one of them I've checked, aren't tameable, speculations?

And sorry no screenie haven't seen the guy personally...

I saw someone with one as a "Guardian", but I'm not sure what from. I haven't checked these since the patch went live but they were most definitely not tameable on the ptr.

It's the Dire Beast. I squeed when I saw it as a Dire Beast. The one where you summon a wild animal. So yeah, not full time but atleast a little bit.

Really. First you make Dire Beast summon Pterrorwings, without making them tameable beasts, and now the new adders? What's next? The new bats? Kunchong?

Hey, I'm all for having them in some sort of fashion.

Guildie said it was a "permanent" snake... who had it, is unknown.

It might also have been a "guardian" -- I had one of my battlepets out while on the island and while I was killing things for one quest, something happened and Grumpy, my clefthoof runt turned into first a ginormous frog, and later, into one of the snakes, both time being renamed "guardian". I honestly have no CLUE how it happened, being rather busy at the time, but that might be what you saw as the transformation held for about 50 seconds.

yeah I agree that it was a guardian, hoping my guildie can find the person who he said had it though. Wishful thinking

lol when I used dire beast and the snake appeared my first thought was "holy crap I pulled another elite!" but then I couldn't kill it....and I felt silly >.>
