Forcing a unique spawn

Greetings!

I have been hunting Evalcharr and I am curious about forcing a spawn. If I kill everything in the area of his spawn, does that hurry the beast's spawn rate?

Welcome to the forums! Unlike the Timeless Isle rares, there is nothing players can do to influence the spawn of low level rares.

Unfortunately, nope, you can't make Evalcharr spawn faster. I wish you luck- Evalcharr was by far the hardest camp I've ever done. He's horrifically rare. Beautiful, but he'll make you work to get him!

Though you can try killing other rares in the area. As it might be that only a certian number of rares can be up at any given time in a zone.

also if you have any friends on other realms it wouldn't hurt to get an invite and check their server if you can.
Do you have NPC scan and Silver dragon installed? they are a huge help with rare hunting. (just remember to clear your cache before you log in every day.)

Rares aren't linked and haven't been since Wrath.

Junrei is right, rares aren't linked at all aside VERY few examples. The only ones I can think of right now are Vyragosa and Time-Lost Proto-Drake in Storm Peaks, the spirit beasts Magria and Ankha in Mount Hyjal, and finally the gem pets Karkin the crab and Skarr the cat inside the Molten Front. I don't believe others are linked together like those are.

If you're going to be doing cross realm raids (like world bosses or timeless isle bosses), camp at his spawn point and when you change servers check for him before you go to do the bosses.

I feel really, really bad now that I was wandering through Feralas on my 90 hunter to explore for achieves and I found Evalcharr just sitting there. I didn't know how rare he was, was not BM at the time and didn't want him anyways, and just shot him for mogging greens to sell.

The Evalcharr spawns in Azshara, you probably killed The Razza
