I've found 2 different models with the same name, they spawn randomly from the piles of sand during the "Mud Mucking" WQ on the broken Isle, just outside Aalgen Point.
Edit: Do they keep the green fel glow around them when tamed?

I didn't see these on the main page NVM, found them!, and since I am questing on my shaman, I can't check if they are tamable.
