Spectral Wind Rider

was doing some quest at the broken shore when I got a quest to go collect some bones, took them to the marked spot and was given a short lasting skeleton companion. What I was shocked at was when we mounted up and the daing skeleton was mounting a spirit wyvern mount.

And I gotta say, it looked gorgeous! Now I'm sure I want a spirit wyvern ingame! Let it be hunter pet and/or mount.

I took couple of pictures but none do it justice and the way the skeleton just stands on top of me makes it impossible to take a good shot of the mount.

There is a spectral wind rider mount, though it was only available for a short time with a recruit a friend promo: http://warcraftmounts.com/mounts/spectralwindrider.php (Horde characters only, it changes to a spectral gryphon for Alliance)

I do agree though that it would seem fitting for a pet version to be implemented as a match for the gryphon.
