Poor Petopia... Does your It guy need a hug.. or two ? .. its really down a lot these days...

It started after they moved us to a new server. It seems that something wasn't configured properly after the move :/. We're still waiting on the server runner to find the issue but we're also discussing other options, because we can't have this recurring like it has been over the past couple of weeks. Again, we're so sorry for the outages. I wasn't even made aware of the server move until it happened and certainly would never have chosen for it to occur right when I was travelling (not that me being home would have prevented the issues).
