No idea whats going on... or what happened. My pet is "shooting" green fire out of its back. Ive dismissed, Ive stabled, Im at a loss...

It is a known bug. Either you or your pet has to die in order to remove it.

Haha, a lot of people get caught out with that. I think it's existed since 7.3 was launched but it's clearly not a priority fix

How do you do that just curious so I can try.

It is a bug that sometimes happens when you run a pet or demon through the fel lava in the Antoran Wastes. Instead of the spell effect going away after your pet leaves the lava, it persists.

I never brought out Fenryr until I figured out how to fix this bug. I just moved my bugged pet into the green lava stuff that gives it the bug sometimes, let it stand there a few seconds, and move back out. This fixed the bug and removed the green fire that leaves splashes on the ground for me every time. Hope this helps you if your pet gets bugged.

I've always had this happen when my pet is out, I hop into the Vindicaar robot and run across lava. I've had it last beyond pet dying too. But what I do to fix it is just summon your pet, and actually drag it back into the lava until you see if take damage from the lava. Then run back out of the lava and the fel fire animation stops. Works for me every time. Not sure what really triggers it, but it always happens with the Vindicaar robot - run thru lava event for me lol
