It's a ghostly "spirit" pet, that IS tamable.

It's over in Darkshore.

WoWHead says 'Tamable.'

WoWhead often defaults creatures to Tameable without actually checking. It's best to see yourself just to be sure, I wouldn't take WoWhead info at face value.

But yes, WowHead never checks to be sure. It's up to the players to double check.

Its flagged for PvP alliance friendly, also I cant find it where they say it is.

When I did the quest I could only see it while I was on the phased part of the quest chain. Didn't think to check if it's tameable, sorry.

You can still get to Teldrassil, it's just a bit trickier. At the moment you have to go to Darkshore, get to the northern tip, then find some form of water walking around run across the fatigue waters to Rut'heran Village. The Azuremyst boat is now there as well, it's the new dock.

Not even if an Alliance character takes the quest and a Horde is there to do the taming?

I did try, and there's nothing there. Truthfully I believe it was a shot of the Moonstalker ... and there's nothing special about it. I linked two pics of the exact moonstalker in the exact place that wowhead said was the location and it's just a regular moonstalker.

I think someone took a messed up shot, and someone else thought it was special or something.
