While Mania's site reports the Rustburg Gulls as level 85, these are actually extremely low level. I have seen them spawn from level 1 to level 6 and no higher. This means that any low level hunter can come and get a seagull as their very first pet!

The tricky part: they are in a level 85 zone that is virtually impossible to get to at low level without a warlock friend. And who doesn't want their own pet seagull? Since when did a little death and destruction stop us from getting our dream pet?

That's interesting. There are seagulls sitting on top of on the Stormwind dock pilings too. I was on my druid when I noticed them though. Has anyone checked those?

Critters. The same as the seagulls in Tanaris. So far as I've been able to find, the only *beast* seagulls are the ones in Thousand Needles, and these ones.
