Shi Yu, Remiel - Inside the house

Shi Yu let out a high-pitched shriek as she was caught by Harrier's talons. She tried to squirm against the bird's grasp, but only paused herself more pain as she did.

As his half-sister had been attacked, Remiel had jumped back up, letting the Protect fall. There wasn't much point in keeping it up now, especially since it hadn't done one thing to help. If only Shi Yu had actually been under the light shield. But regretting the fact that she hadn't been wasn't going to help. Remiel turned toward the large bird, creating stones to fling at it.

Remiel used Rock Tomb!

Terrakion, Stormie, Rhythym, Bellflower, Brigid - Outside the house

Stormie let out a sigh as Saoirse caught Bastet, but any relief she felt was very quickly swept away as the sound of a shriek reached her ears. She turned, fur bristling a tiny bit. That had sounded like it had come from the house, and furthermore it sounded like... Stormie squeaked as she spotted the broken window on the second floor of the house. She broke into a run, panic rising as she raced back into the house.

Having heard what sounded like Shi Yu's shriek as well, Terrakion had too turned towards the house. But before he could race after Stormie, the Breloom that had attacked Rhythym earlier raced up to attack him, causing the Legend to stagger over as he was caught off-guard.

Breloom used Mach Punch!

Rhythym winced as she turned back to see GTM fall. She darted over to him, wrapping her ribbon-like tails around him. "Are you alright?" She asked in concern, trying her best to not panic as she heard a scream from the house.

Brigid let out a hiss of pain as the Thunderbolt hit her. She staggered back, then promptly fell over as Spinnaker clung to her. She glared at her enemies, then with a growl, she drew out the power of one of her allies at random.

Brigid used Assist!
Brigid used Heat Wave!

The flames she summoned weren't nearly as powerful as they were normally, coming from a Delcatty, but it was enough to send Bellflower skittering back in fear.

Saoirse - Outside with the chaos

The Lucario hybrid did the best she could to curl herself around Bastet in order to protect her, and she winced as she landed hard, a growl of pain leaving her as she sank to one knee. she drew a deep breath through clenched teeth, forcing back another growl when sh realized that her left ankle was now sprained and rather tender. Wonderful.

"It's okay now," she soothed, moving to pry what was left of the Staraptor's legs from Bastet's shoulders, forced to break off a few of the more stubborn toes as she did so. "I gotcha."

(Especially since it was bad for at least one bird. XD WHO WANTS FROZEN STARAPTOR FEET?!... Aaaaand now Greasy Grimy Golpher Guts is in my head, yaaay. XP)

Ciar - Inside with EVEN MORE CHAOS

When he saw the bird's talons close around Shi Yu's shoulders, Ciar's lips pulled back into a snarl. After Remiel had thrown the rocks at the bird, the Riolu-Noibat mix rushed forward, hoping to leap onto the bird's back before he struck out, aiming to hit her square between her wings as his cyan-colored Aura glowed around his right forepaw.

"LEAVE SHI YU ALONE!"

Ciar used Force Palm!

Sam
The House

Perching on the window sill, which was now rimmed with broken shards of glass, the Honchkrow looked around briefly. Hm... more hybrids? Sam smirked, a hungry look in his eyes. His employers were sure to be pleased if he could bring them back. He watched the hybrids carefully as his ally slammed into one of the hybrids.
Stones flinging in Harrier's direction caught Sam's eye, and he hopped off of his perch to land in front of the Talonflame, mantling his wings as a rippling, blue shield formed in front of him.

Sam used Protect!

The bird let out a shocked caw as a Riolu hybrid leaped in his direction, and ducked down to avoid the attack. He had protected Harrier once, that was enough selflessness for one day.

At least this gives me a chance to do response up and not hold up the RP too much.))

Harrier - House

Harrier had to give the mongrels one thing, they were quick to react to her. No sooner than her claws had sliced into the foolish child-thing, than she found herself being assaulted. The loud screech made her ears ring and disoriented her, and she answered this annoyance with a cry all her own, loud and angry and sure to attract more attention. The slight wobbling of the world, however, was a bit more of a problem.
She released the small grip she'd had on the hybrid, focusing more on beating her wings to keep herself airborne. She grimaced as she saw the shards of rock preparing to be lobbed in her direction, knowing she wouldn't be able to dodge them with her sense of balance messed up like this.
Only, she didn't have to.
She was surprised to see the other bird dive in and mantle his wings, protecting her from the rocks. She had not expected any sort of backup, although this did place an unexpected and new player in her plans.
Her attention was pulled back to the present as the little half-breed yelled at her, charging towards her with a glowing paw. The crow had ducked away at this point, so she was left to deal with the pest herself.

Rather than attempt to dodge the attack, Harrier gave a few quick flaps of her wings and pointed her beak towards Ciar. With another loud cry, the raptor ignited herself, suddenly coated in flames as she charged forward to meet the attack (and to move past the group once she had, conveniently scattering embers aroound her as she went)

Harrier used Flame Charge!

Ciar - Inside

The Honchkrow intervening was one thing, but Ciar gave vent to a snarl when the Talonflame suddenly retaliated with an attack of her own. When the fire and Aura met, Ciar found himself hitting the floor, a loud yelp of pain leaving him as he lay there for a moment. The Noiolu forced himself to sit up, growling as he shook himself hard, and he took a deep breath, before screaming one name at the top of his lungs as loud as he could.

"SAAAAAAAOOOOOIIIIIIRRRRRRSEEEEE!!!"

Ciar used Screech!

Saoirse - Outside

The Noivario turned her head to stare up at the window when she heard her little brother scream her name, her ears slicking back against her skull in worry. Grimacing and still clutching Bastet to her chest, the Lucario Hybrid ran towards Rhythym and GTM, not caring that she was limping as she did so. When she reached the two Legendaries, Saoirse moved to set the little Hybrid down next to them, before, with a grunt of pain, she spread her wings and rose into the air, fury burning within her eyes as she flew towards the broken window. Nobody was going to mess with her baby brother and the other children while she still drew breath!

Shi Yu, Remiel, Stormie - Inside the house

Shi Yu fell forward as Harrier's grip on her was released. As she hit the floor, she instinctively curled up into a ball, whimpering in pain as small traces of blood seeped through the short fur on her shoulders. She squeezed her eyes shut, trying to block out everything that was happening around her, and desperately hoping that her parents would come and save her, so everything would be okay soon. It was only Ciar's loud screech that jolted her back to reality, and she skittered back up, though she was shaking and had barely managed to not teeter over again.

Now there were two large scary birds in the room, though, and not just the one that had attacked her. While she stared at Sam and Harrier in fear, she tried to convince herself to move, to do something. She had to be brave. She was half Legend, that meant she had to be brave, just like her dad was! Trying to force the panic that was telling her to flee to the back of her mind, she shot star-shaped rays at Sam.

Shi Yu used Swift!

"Nnng..." Remiel winced at Ciar's screech, the loud noise causing his ears to ring. He took a step back, shaking his head a little, feeling a little disoriented. He knew he shouldn't be letting it get to him so much, but he had always been rather sensitive to loud noises. Still, he was determined to try and fight off these birds, and he let off a weak psychic jolt at Harrier.

Remiel used Confusion!

Shi yu. That was the only thing on Stormie's mind as she raced up the stairs, just barely managing to make it without tripping. She had to make sure her daughter was alright. Nothing else mattered right now. If she failed in protecting Shi Yu, then... The Mienshao let out a panicked sound at the thought, darting towards her family's room. From what she saw outside, that was the room that had appeared to be attached to the broken window. It made sense, too, Shi Yu was likely to suggest hiding in her room after all. And a loud screech from the room just then only confirmed her thoughts. When she reached the door, she paused only long enough to fling it open before leaping into the room.

Sam
Inside

Ears ringing, Sam took a step back, flaring his wings angrily. Shaking his head, Sam re-balanced himself. He was about to lunge for the source of the sound when Shi Yu fired an attack at him. Bracing himself, the bird took the attack head-on, before pushing himself into the air, his wing feathers turned rigid and metallic, shimmering as he dived down at the Terrakion hybrid.

Sam used Steel Wing!

Rin, Harrier for Moon
Outside/House

Rin had danced out of the way of the flames, but she could still feel the heat and it made her shudder a bit. She straightened herself, baring her teeth and charging for Brigid again, striking out with her claws at the side that Spinnaker wasn't busy clinging too.

Rin used Slash!

The room was flooding with pokemon at this point, and it was time for Harrier to make her escape. While the screeching sound and the psychic energy left her a bit dizzy, she was still able to light herself ablaze, lunging not towards another pokemon but out the window on the other side of the house, away from the one where she entered. The flames were good enough to get the others to leave her alone, as well as leave a nasty burn if anyone tried to pursue her. She rose high into the sky, circling above the house and orienting herself.

Harrier used Flame Charge!

Vanilla - Inside

Everything happened far too fast for Vanilla. First a bird had crashed into the house, threatening to take Shi Yu with her, the children attacked as best they could, then Ciar screeched. "AHHHH!" She screamed, her sensitive ears ringing. Vanilla stumbled around disoriented, unable to tell right from left.

Taro-indoors

Everything went by in a blur as there was screaming, crying, and blood. He stood stock still, terrified for a minute. He took some steps back, unable to think straight. "A... A.." He wanted to scream. But the sound wouldn't come. He fell back on his behind, staring at the intruders in the house. His father had told him that nowhere was safe, he just didn't want to believe it. But now... Nowhere was safe. Flames flared outside the window, and all the stories he had been told about the war at the bridge flooded him.

Mattie, Spinnaker, Bastet, GTM- Outside

Mattie cried out as the flames and hot air enveloped her. She tumbled backward, managing to brace herself on one of her lances for a second, before all the events of that day caught up and she outright collapsed. The world spun around her and she felt way over warm.

Spinnaker thought The Escavalier was dead. Was that it? Was it over? Apparently not, as Something sliced to attack nearby. He let go of the Delcatty, and spewed a jet of flame around.

Spinnaker used Flamethrower!

GTM clutched onto Rhythym, pulling himself up. "I'm... Alive.... That's what matters." He said through gritted teeth. Bastet shook uncontrollably when Saorise set her down. Her arms were completely bloody from where she had been grabbed. Her fur was matted, and shards of ice were caught around the wound. "I.. I'm." She stammered, then just kept quiet. GTM looked up and saw Terrakion being attacked. He raised his arm to help him fend off the attacker, but his arm just fell back to his side.

Terrakion, Rhythym, Lir, Bellflower, Brigid, other Blessing members many characters handle it shut up Azu I'm stealin' your line - Outside the house

The Breloom continued its attack as it was left unhindered by any of its enemies nearby, spitting seeds at Terrakion, who had since collapsed after the Grass type's first attack. The Legend snarled in pain as he was attacked.

Breloom used Bullet Seed!

"Well, yes, but you are in no shape to be out here." Rhythym continued, turning to give her mate a concerned look. She paused as Saoirse let Bastet down nearby, however, turning to the little hybrid, "It's alright, you're safe now." She said as she attempted to comfort the Meloloin.

At the door of the house, another Pokemon - what seemed like a Suicune-Raikou hybrid - stepped out. He had heard all the commotion - honestly it was hard not to, even with such a large house - and had come to investigate. What he found was utter chaos. Feeling quite relieved that he had instructed Chiyoko to stay on the other side of the house, he surveyed the scene outside. While he wasn't quite sure what was going on, it was clear the house and everyone inside it was in danger. Spotting a Floatzel that had begun to race towards the door, the Suikou let off an arc of electricity at it, causing the Water type to screech.

Lir used Thunderbolt!

Brigid hissed, recoiling as Rin struck her again. While the Delcatty was determined to aid her fellow Blessing, this particular fight was beginning to go south quite quickly. She let off a bit of healing power in Spinnaker's direction, before turning and darting away. Or at least trying to, as she had a bit of a limp.

Brigid used Wish!

Bellflower cast a worried look in Mattie's direction, squeaking a little as the nearby Chandelure let off a bunch of flames. Oh, this was not good. The Shaymin was beginning to panic. His friend was hurt badly and now there was more fire. This was most certainly not good. Resisting the urge to just up and flee like that Delcatty appeared to have done, he flung up a shield of light around Mattie.

Bellflower used Protect!

Stormie, Shi Yu, Remiel - Inside the house

Stormie darted forward as soon as she saw the Honchkrow dive for Shi Yu. She pushed her daughter out of the way, then braced herself to take the hit instead. The Mienshao let out a yelp of pain as Sam's attack hit her, but she endured it, relieved that at least Shi Yu hadn't been hit by it.

"Mum?!" Shi Yu squeaked as she was pushed aside by her mother, which was followed by yet another squeak as she hit the floor. Wincing, she scrambled up almost immediately, then darted over to Taro and Remiel. Her half-brother gave her a concerned look as she approached, though he cringed a little right after, having been caught slightly by Harrier's Flame Charge as the bird flew out of the room.

Outside

When Mattie went down and Bellflower leaped forward, Rin nearly groaned. Spinnaker was spitting fire like a...a fiery sprinkler, and that was causing all sorts of trouble. Man, Bellflower had better give her a place to stay after this and thank her eighteen million thank yous for what she was about to do. She reverted back to visibility, facing Spinnaker. "Oi! Jerkface! I'm gonna send you running for the hills." She said with a wicked grin, before releasing a torrent of water around them, flooding the fires (and okay maybe getting Bellflower and Mattie wet too) and sending it surging towards Spinnaker.

Rin used Surf!

Saoirse - Outside the broken window/Inside the room

The Lucario Hybrid snarled as she reached the window -- only for the Talonflame to flee. A low growl escaped her as she tried to pull herself into the room, her injury only serving to hinder her instead when she tried to brace her feet against the side of the house, a yelp of pain leaving her as she slipped. She grabbed on to the edge of the window, not caring that shards of broken glass were cutting into her paws, before, with some difficulty, she managed to pull herself into the room.
A feral snarl left her when her eyes fell upon Sam, recognizing him from the battle that had happened earlier that day back at the Village Bridge. And now he was trying to hurt Ciar and the rest of the children?!

"YOU! How DARE you!" The Noivario roared, her eyes beginning to glow as she felt the rage she'd been fighting to suppress suddenly burst forth, the pain of her injuries momentarily forgotten as she leapt at the Honchkrow, intending to hurt him in many ways as possible; however, her attack fell short thanks to her not being in the best physical shape at the moment.

Saoirse used Outrage!

(Apologies if I wasn't supposed to post yet, but this'll probably give Sam the hint to get the hell outta Dodge. And yes, Noibat/Noivern can inherit Outrage through chain breeding. @_@)

His wing collided with the... Mienshao? He was aiming for the hybrid, but this worked too. The bird flapped his wings, trying to push the other Pokemon over and pin her down, aiming several pecks at Stormie's face.

Sam used Drill Peck!

Hearing a yell, Sam stopped his assault, looking up. The dark type took a step back, considering flying away for a moment and leaving this as yet another failed mission when an idea came to his mind. Smirking, Sam mantled his wings, lowering his head threateningly. He just had to wait for one of them to attack and then he could set his plan into action.

Rose
Outside?

Rose had been sight seeing as of late, and the famous Village bridge was next on her long list of places to visit. She walked towards the bridge happily humming a random tune and with a slight skip to her step and her Mega Stone jingling from her necklace hand-crafted from a pretty blue cloth of sorts. As the bridge came into view, she started to hear what sounded to her like many Pokemon battling. Her humming and skipping ceased as the battles became visible as well. She also noticed a vaguely familiar face, a Pokemon who seemed to be currently injured. "Bellflower!?" Rose yelped as she stumbled to the Shaymin's side. "Bellflower!" She turned to the Pokemon who she assumed was to blame, a Chandalure. Just as a Linoone unleaded a tidal wave, Rose roared, unleashing an electric pulse into the water.

Rose used Shock Wave!

Ruth
Outside?

Ruth was about to lead what was left of the escapees away from the bridge when she heard some commotion. She turned back towards the bridge, unsure if they should run away or towards it. The Blessing from earlier had fled, so why was there a commotion now? She looked at the remaining escapees, "Run away from here," then she turned back towards the bridge and scampered off back to it. As she drew closer, the commotion became visible. It looked as if some of The Blessing had returned. Ruth crouched, ready to charge in…but her body froze. She didn't want to go back. She couldn't go back. But, those Pokemon looked as if they could use some assistance. Then again, what kind of assistance could she offer? She shook her head. She needed to stop thinking like that. She was more than just a Ratata. She was half Mew, and proud of it! Ruth stood up on her hindquarters with a look of determination.

Ruth used Transform!

She then transformed into a Pokemon she had seen passing by her cage once in The Blessing's encampment, a Yveltal. She flew overhead, in hopes of scaring away what was left of The Blessing's reinforcements.

Vanilla - Inside

Vanilla's head was still ringing, still spinning. She could see strangers and friends alike, all fighting. "A-Augh..." She sighed, still holding her head. She spotted a dark form, a bird. Thinking it was the talonflame again, she growled, her bells shaking gently. "I...I, I WON'T LET YOU TAKE THE CHILDREN!" She screamed, letting go of her head as she glowed with pink energy. No sooner had she stopped glowing, a wave of psychic energy spread from her.

Harrier - Around the House

Harrier flapped her wings, gliding up rather slowly over the house, giving any one chasing after her a chance to catch up. Only it became apparent that she wasn't being chased at all. Not even by the Meinfoo? She was sure that one was a parent of the mongrel she'd managed to catch unaware.
Ah, the crow. He must still be inside.
She huffed slightly, a little upset that her plans had developed yet another kink. But no matter, she'd work with it. A second voice might well be useful, actually. If the other bird was willing to follow.

With a flip, she looped over the house, wings effortlessly slicing through the air. She dove for the first of the broken windows she made, although this time at a much slower pace to better catch her bearings and see what was going on. The Honchcrow was indeed the focus of the ire of these degenerates, although he was holding his own at the least. Still, a little aid might be appreciated, or so she hoped.
"I need your aid, Crow" She called as she once again dove into the house. She dipped her wing, moving to land on the ground. She spun about, then began to beat her powerful wings, stirring the air around them to create a draft that flowed directly through the broken window to better aid both her and Sam's eventual escapes.

Harrier used Tailwind!

Spinnaker, Mattie, GTM, Bastet, Deep Freeze -outside (not up for more than that right now. XD)

Spinnaker screamed as he was bombarded by attacks. Wait... That Linoone. He'd caught a glimpse of her at camp. The wish effected just in time, and he was able to bring himself together enough to race after Brigid. "I'm sorry, dear maiden. I u-under estimated you." He called to the Delcatty. He shot a tiny burst of flame to discourage fallowing. Nothing much, only meant to fend off. Hardly even an attack.

Mattie groaned. She reached out and pulled the fluffy little Shaymin close once the attacking died down. "Guess what, I'm still alive." She said in a very quiet voice. "The immortal Escavalier strikes again."

GTM pushed himself away from Rhythym as he saw Terrakion get attacked again. "Te-Terrakion!" He cried, staggering. Bastet wrapped her tail around one of Rhythym's paws. She seemed to be quite shocked, and hugged one of her arms. She needed to say something, do something, but..

Now that Deep Freeze wasn't worried about Bastet, she was able to concentrate on protecting other people. Take Terrakion for example. He didn't exactly seem to be doing well, so she thought she'd work on that. She leapt between the Rock type and his fungal assailant and whipped up a mass of snow in a circle around herself and Terrakion, blowing the snow outward toward the Breloom.

Deep Freeze used Blizzard!

Sam
Inside

Perfect. Bracing himself, Sam prepared for the attack to force him against the wall. For a moment, his wing feathers turned silvery and metallic as he spread his tail feathers, angling them to position himself so that his wing would hit the wall.

Sam used Steel Wing!

Feigning a pained caw, the Honchkrow let himself fall down onto the floor. Hopefully, if his acting was up to par, the group should believe that he would be an easy target. Now he just had to leave and hope the others followed. And what perfect timing, it seemed Harrier was going to assist him.

Jumping up onto the windowsill, Sam glided down to the ground below, trying his hardest to make it look like his wing was injured without falling out of the sky. Safely on the ground, he continued to hop in the direction of the bridge, allowing his 'injured' wing to drag on the ground, though he had to try very hard not to think about how dirty his flight feathers would be getting.

Harrier - House, then outside the House

Harrier 's attention was caught between watching Sam, and watching her opponents - hoping that the crow would get out of the damn place and back into the open air where they had the advantage. What she wasn't quite expecting was the show he put on. Surely the fool didn't break his own wing? Call himself a bird, clumsy, and where was he going anyway, all that was there was the village bridge and it's residents-
Oh, well, now wasn't that clever? Assuming he was going to do what she thought he was. Let's see if the rash nature of these mongrels could be used against them.

"How pathetic." She sneered, looking to Saoirse. "I would have thought you half-breeds would have been able to keep your own kin safe. I guess that your mongrel genes cause impaired intelligence, what other reason would you leave hatchlings in such an unsafe location? I'll have fun burning it down."

Harrier used Swagger!

With a quick hop, Harrier became airborne, swooping out of the window yet again as if to get a better shot from the outside. Silently, she hoped that would be enough to keep the larger hybrid's attention. 'Come on you furred, faux-bird. Follow me.'
