Seriously though, I was talking with some people and do feel honest guilt and sadness for those folks who want to RP, but can't join the only current running one for one reason or another.

So, I'm coming to all of you, on neutral grounds, and saying, "Hey. RP ideas. Hit me." and then we can all come to a general idea consensus, and I can start it up and we can have more RP fun for everyone. There will be only one key rule for every RP that we come up with, which will borrow from FotTC and TotH. It'll be the whole-

Location

-at each post heading, for simplicity.

So here we go, with that out of the way....Ideas. Go. Please, keep it civil. I don't want attacks or blame games or anything. I just want ideas hashed out so everyone can have fun. Kay? Kay.

I have one idea where the basic premise is the world is consisting of multiple universes all on top of each other. Things have torn holes, which wouldn't be too bad if it weren't for the fact aggressive races have come through and starting conquering, causing massive amounts of chaos. So the heroes of the story get together, and first search for the Descendants, a race that comes literally descended from the Elite who created the Universes. From there, they would go from realm to realm, searching for spell ingredients to fix the problem, all the while the aggressive forces want them dead.

Essentially, a cross over RP to end all cross overs. You could pretty much have anything you want, as long as you keep it in relative fairness and perspective to other chars.

A more Pokemon RP where essentially, civil war is breaking out. Either legendarys versus legendarys or regions against regions. Only issue is it's rather close to the idea of the WoD.

I also like the new pokemon idea but why would regions fight against each other? or legendaries at that

Legendaries is easy enough. One legendary decides it can be a better ruler than Arceus is. Other legendaries say, "Oh HAEL no." Queue giant war o'doom.

Similar concept for regions. One region suspects themselves superior, the others care to disagree.

I..sorta have an idea. Well, it's an idea a friend came up with so all credit goes to her. It's for Pokemon but there's a itty catch...

We'd be playing as trainers more than actual pokemon. Not sure how many of you would like that, but I'm still saying I have one if enough wanted to give it a shot.

The immediate idea I had for a Pokeemans RP is, well, zombie apocalypse. Friends and Foes alike rising from the gave to eat some brains. But that feels a hell of a lot like RotS, only with undead zombies instead of rage zombies. Which we don't need to re-tread.
Hmm, going to have to think of something a bit more exciting methinks.

Super crossover could be fun.

Only major problem with Super Crossover I see is imbalance between characters. It's hard to properly match up strength level to others when you're different species.

And I'd need to craft the enemy race here. Grr. Unless someone else wants to take charge of that?

Cthulhu-esk old gods that lie between dimensions. The clashing of all these different worlds together is a byproduct of these giant, immortal beings eating the dimensions the characters come from. The enemies the characters fight are actually part of how these beings digest reality.

With this Idea I would also like to add that the possiblilitys of creativity are endless. With all the endless fantasy's you can create that is

... Zomg, a crossover RP has the potential to get all sorts of messed up.
I guess the one limitation is that, unless you're willing to put in the hard yards and completely flesh out your own world, I'd suggest we limit it to already existing ones. Just so that other players don't have too much of an issue knowing what you're playing as.

I agree with that, just for simplicity. It'd be a lot easier and less complicated for everyone involved that way.

I have my own world too, Auritalas, which I'm still in the process of writing up. We're storytelling nerds, who hasn't worldcrafted a little?

Now, here's my question. Are we going to be creating original characters for this, or will we be taking control of established cannon characters? Eg, will we see Threnaad running around with Speck, or will it be closer to Tirion Fordring kicking ass beside Ash Lambert?
