Kirix-wannabes and my new little pony.

So I couldn't sleep, got up at 4 am this morning and said I would check on Skarr.

Its a sick obsession now at this point, especially after loosing him to someone who wouldn't have gotten him if I hadn't told them how to do it five mins before the spawn happened.

And of course who was there but the damned crab? Check the list of about 40 other hunters I know who are all out here looking for Skarr, and whisper the one who was on that I know wanted the crab too. They come running and tame while I and another hunter-who already has the crab too-watches.

I Eagle Eye to look about-I still hold hope for Deth despite greifers killing him out from under me three times now-and see little green things running around. Remembering that there are two types of those little green things, I decide to check, just for the hell of it.

And it is the tameable one.

So I tame one, and let the other two hunters know that they are out. They have no idea what I am talking about but come on out and see, and tame for themselves.

"go green spider army" had me giggling when little in game has for the last day or two.

Helped about six other hunters total, none of whom knew about him, and watched as they happily got their own green spider.

Randomly named mine Gizmo-I don't get it but there you go.

And he goes very well with the mount that I got tonight. worked really hard to get the damned key to this place, and then tonight, my first mount run in there with a friend, guess who dropped?

At least something good happened tonight.

I wanted to come back and post a thank you for your luck I've kinda wanted Kirix, but after sitting in wait days for both Ankha and Skarr, I decided no more of the new rares. I'd not seen the broodlings up on Moon Guard US any time I'd checked... until your post today

And good luck, Feralclaw, you'll get Kirix or one of these guys soon I hope! Every time I look today it seems like they are spawning. Maybe it is like someone else said.. somewhere.. that they only show on certain days? If you go over to the Clutch and see a bunch of little green corpses, it is likely a spawning day. Hang around a bit and you might get one? The non-tameable ones seem to despawn quicker when killed, in my experience at least.
