Cooking: Kibler's Bits now makes your pet bigger for 5 minutes.

Engineering: Flintlocke's Woodchucker is now restricted to hunters.

Marksmanship:
Wild Quiver now has a 16.8% chance to proc, up from 14.4%. Each point of Mastery increases the chance by an additional 2.1%, up from 1.8%.
Careful Aim now only works on targets above 90% health, up from 80%.

Survival:
Black Arrow damage has been increased by 40%. Now scales from 13.3% of AP, up from 9.5%.

They nerfed Careful Aim and buffed Wild Quiver to make up for it ? I don't know why they would just not mess with it. I've never understood why they nerf something, then buff something else to make up for it.. If it's not broken, then don't mess with it!

<- Most definitely. Need to farm Buzzard Meat. D8
Does this mean surv will benefit more from putting points in One with the Nature instead of Careful Aim? .-.

I was under the impression that One with Nature was powerful for everyone already.

Yeap. Surv tends to put one point in OwN at the moment (unless they fancy the extra damage from Serpent Spread), but CA has until now been worth keeping 2/2 in.

Ah nod, then this will probably change that.

Really Well Fed!

This is an awesome way to show off your pet that is temporary and doesn't affect hunters who prefer smaller pets.

I like what they're doing with Kibler's Bits. Any word if they're changing the Mammoth Meals?

As for the talent changes, I'm guessing that hardcasted Aimed Shot was doing too much damage with T12 weapons, so they're tuning down that mechanic. The buffs to Wild Quiver and Black Arrow are to compensate at lower gear levels. And I'm not familiar with BM raiding specs these days; do they typically include Careful Aim? If so, I'd hope there's a corresponding buff on the way.

CA is currently recommended for BM, but I'm not sure whether or not they'd still favour it after the nerf (or go for say, improved serpent sting instead).

Sadly Kibler's Bits don't seem to quite do anything on PTR yet (neither do Sporeling Snacks)

Wings of Aviana quest, you now turn into a harpy to gather birds with.

Also, the celestial draggy has gotten some prozac and only does his animations quite seldomly.

also, I feel bad for jacking ban'thalos from another hunter's trap.

K so the patch finally applied.

1) Ban'thalos is normal owl-sized now.
2) Sporeling Snacks are now gray items :( and apparently pets hate them now.
3) The graphic settings got fixed, so TerrorP looks normal again.
4) Kiblers comparisons. Unfortunately Banthalos was hardly the ideal subject of such a test. Only one Bit on me :(

Normal:

Bestial Wrath:

Bestial Wrath + Kibler's = didn't notice any change

Kibler's only = ~20% change?

A really lazy side-by-side of #4 and 1 showing lines from the eyebrow to the tip of the beak. It's definately a significant amount, but not as visible as TBW.

Hydras not tamable.
Amani bear mount bug fixed.
Prophets and avatars in the Molten Front spam a LOT less than they used to.

I've seen this:

All Hunter Pets - Do NOT despawn anymore when you mount, Flying will despawn your pet though.

on PTR, but are we sure that's not a mistake and Blizzard's just messing with us?

I really, really want this to come to live again because I miss it so much.

Still kinda wish the glyph had stayed ingame but, oh well. Will be a fun RP snack. :3

Me too somewhat but OTOH this approach allows hunters to pick and choose who gets bigger and who doesn't.

Player vs. Player

Gladiator Weapons:

Season 10 Conquest Point weapons will only be purchasable once a required minimum sum of Conquest Points has been reached during the current season. For example, Ruthless Gladiator's Pike costs 3400 Conquest Points to purchase. However, players must first earn a total of 11650 Conquest Points during Season 10 before they are able to purchase it.Season 9 Honor Point weapons will only be purchasable once a required minimum sum of Honor Points has been reached during the current season.

For example, Vicious Gladiator's Pike costs 3400 Honor Points to purchase. However, players must first earn a total of 18500 Honor Points during Season 10 before they are able to purchase it. Once the minimum sum of points required to purchase weapons is reached, all available weapons can be purchased for their listed costs. The point requirement is not reset once a purchase is made. Weapon tooltips from the vendor will let players know how many more Conquest or Honor Points must be earned in the current season before the item can be purchased.
