Was flying out in mount hyjal and I saw this birdi thing flying around. At first I was like wth.. then I clicked on it and it said beast and it was a rare and I was like OMG!! Issue.. he flies to bloody high!!! So I had to try and tag him and hit the pillars.. yah when your shaking its not easy lmao so I died once.. after I tagged him, he HURTS by the way.. especially if you fall hard and far lmao. But next time I pulled him no problem! Hit tame beast and finally I got him!! The rogue cheered me on and it was amazing!! Pictures do NOT do it justice! But hey.. you were correct about this being the next SB! 7 more to go! He does a moonfire for 34k, took me.. *thinks* 4 secs to die the first time.. but when I hit tame beast it was no problem the second and thats cause my rogue friend blinded him! So.. this guy is going to suck to tame, cause you cant trap it cause as you can see in one of my ss.s he wont go much lower into the trap unless it was cause he was blinded but not to sure I didnt see in in my combat logs that he was

Oh and by the way i think this guy has an INSANE amount of health cause like... I did no damage whatsoever to him..

Tried to get some good ss's but it was hard with so many people flying around him and me freaking out someone was going to try and kill him.

By the way pictures do not do him justice he is beautiful and the wings have that aura and his cool is vibrant! and this is on the ptr with crappy graphics

I'm kinda disappointed. But I'm going to tame it just for the challenge. x)

More spirit owls FTW. I love my Olm, but he isn't nearly as useful (I don't PvP) for my Survival hunter as a Spirit Beast will be for my BM hunters. One of them will most definitely be getting this baby, now off to ponder which one. Thank you for sharing!

It is gorgeous guys, really it is. I liked Olm but couldnt never get into him because the color was just to dull and blue, this guy is an extremely vibrant green more so then any of the previous spirit beasts, and when he flies he has the green trail as he flies, it really is amazing. Olm doesnt even come close to compare and Ill grab Olm to compare it for you guys in a bit I promise ^.^

Ok that looks really neat! And I like the challenge. If you or someone else spots it again, could you try if the disengage trick works to avoid most of the fall damage after aggroing him?
Really looking forward to the rest of the beasts. I really wish there would be a kitty and a wolf hiding in Hyjal somewhere, and not all just Spirit Beasts. :<

Ok so here we go. Comparisons for you guys with Olm and the new spirit beast and.. o.o hes huge! I was in complete shock with how big he was compared to olm

have to say though I am extremely impressed with this guy. I thought id be not to happy cause again its a see through spirit beast.. but the detail is amazing! And I love his size to! This guy I will camp for..

Also interesting to note guys that I didnt find any other of the new rares so its possible.. they may share timers but cant say for sure

Request: Could someone see if Harsh Moonlight deals Arcane damage? It should say in the combat log what king of damage was dealt. If so, then Arcane resist gear ought to help.

I loves this. I love having an owl but they dont justify having one with all the other buff options. But this as a spirit beast is right up my ally.

No Skoll recolours PLEASE! Keep him "unique" (ok he shares the model with worgs but I mean the lightning).
Some new model would be cool.

I really want to see something more exciting, something thats worth camping for (like sambas, terrorpene and stuff.). This didn't really impress me, but hey, we got 6 more to go
