That's why I use insecticide, it leaves no survivors.

Still, really looking foward taming him, haven't been wanting to tame a spider since the Skitterweb matriarch time (*goosebumps*)

^ This....
Happened to me once, but it was a Swiffer Sweeper <_< (I normally don't kill spiders, but this one was on the ceiling, and looked like a recluse) Well, he escaped but not before jumping off the ceiling at my face :o Didn't hit me (thank the heavens), and ran and never saw where he went...
Escaped, but found in my bed the next morning... Needless to say I didn't sleep well the following week ._.

I will tame this spider and remember our creepy crawler friends and their amazing... and deadly powers :3

Ah, most epic comment ever! Maybe the spiders in this patch are based off of those found in Australia or Britain, they have health bars, too.

I used to have a pet Atrax Robustus I kept in a fish tank.Spray one of those with insect repellant and all you'll succeed in doing is making it angry.

Britain? The spiders here don't normally get THAT big... Not next to Australia anyway, hell no.

Finally registered here just so I could add something to that strat: Heart of the Phoenix

Saves you at least one ress, and you can opt to bring three pets with that talent and let them each die thrice.

Apart from that, major kudos for the tames, that first one must've been hellish

It really sounds like a less time consuming strategy!

However, I can't help but feel that the a$$holes out there will kite Deth all the way to the main quest hub in the firelands considering her 38M hp ;_;

That second strategy is pretty nice. However, can't we just get a pally friend to taunt it, smack it once, then bubble and let the strikes go out on a bubbled friend? Or does the instakill not count on that?

That reminds me of a cartoon I saw on the official US WoW site of Onyxia and the ressurection time after she was revamped as an 80 Elite.

"Ressurectable in 5 years."
"Well, damn."

Not to mention that when webbed Deth will target your pet automatically because she is in range

its not an insta kill. its a 2 second cast and its possible that bubble will not stop it. deterence did nothing. also not everyone will have bodies to sacrifice to Deth so I focused more on what a hunter could do by themselves.
Xakaal wrote:i feel bad for that poor little spider getting rezzed n killed over n oer n over n over lol
yea.. me too. and to be abandoned after sacrificing itself 8 times was pretty mean
