I'm weird that way. It would freak me out to no end and yet I love stuff like that.

A question here: do the old Darkmoon tickets work for the new Darkmoon stuff? Because you could really stock up if they do! Just do a whole bunch of repeatables now on live.

I'm really loving the music of the island. After the initial quirky Faire theme, it mellows out into this fantastic atmospheric sound that honestly reminds me a lot of Danny Elfman's work from Tim Burton movies like Edward Scissorhands and Nightmare Before Christmas.

For those curious: the Darkmoon Tide Crawlers are (presently?) untameable, and come in a vast variety of colors. If they are, indeed, becoming tameable, they will probably be color-changers between blue, red, bronze, and white.

Wandering around, I happened to come across a character, Ellie Goodup. Most of the time, she's keeping an eye on the animals in her tent. Once in a while, though, she apparently takes her pet lioness out for a quick walk along the strip.

Also, for Dumbo fans, there is an elephant named 'Jumbo', and her baby, 'Jumbo Junior'. Loving it!

i answered my own question posed above: no. Old tickets can *not* be used for Darkmoon Faire (surprise, surprise). They turned into 'tattered tickets' and are, apparently, only good for vending. I might wander a bit and try to find other uses for them, but for the moment I'd say that's the whole of it.

those probably aren't definite prices either, but you could stockpile tickets till then perhaps...

You can buy tokens with gold to play games to earn tickets. There are a couple dailies there. I couldn't do them though. Was too laggy, but from what I saw you get 5 tickets for some and 10 for others.

And they're across the way from the lion, lioness, and cubs. One of the cubs is <The Little Prince>.

This is definitely the highlight of the Faire, at least for me.

Looks like ridingtigergoldnosaddle skin finally made it into the game, on a cub model though.

That's the same model used for the Darkmoon Cub minipet too, btw.

So... did anyone else notice the sleepy snot bubbles coming out of Gleok's nose? ITs adorable xD (Not sure if it does the same with whats his face in BWD, but its extra cute with his guy).

Also, be sure to check out the "exotic" guests waiting for a "VIP tour" next to our sleeping buddy. They're part of the attraction and don't even know it! I've seen Arakkoa, Wolvar, and Oracles so far.
