"Mogit": An Add-On that helps with Transmogrification

I'm posting this with the hopes that it can be made a sticky so that people looking for help with making transmogrification outfits know there is an add-on that can help them build sets in game.

If you are looking for help with building outfits, there is an add-on called "Mogit" that can help you greatly in-game. The add-on allows you to pull up every weapon, armor, and misc. item currently available in the game usable for transmogrification, and it will display how it looks on the character you're currently logged in with. It also allows you to save outfits so you can see how one outfit looks on other characters as well.

The link to it is here: http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/mogit

Note: I do not take credit for developing or discovering this add-on, I am only posting it so that people looking for help in finding and planning outfits have access to a very useful resource.

We had a thread over here about it: http://forums.wow-petopia.com/viewtopic ... 38&t=15154
I agree it's a wonderful addon. :D

I know, that's why I was suggesting a sticky about. I think it would help a lot of people that come around looking for ideas or help should know about it so they can help themselves in the process :)

I also think it would be a good idea to have a sticky with all the useful links for transmorg outfits, such as wowhead's Armor Sets and websites with RP gear such as WoW Roleplay Gear. So newcomers don't have to scan the whole forum to find helpful info.

Loove Mogit!! It's esp helpful with my warlock main as you have to get more inventive to come up with cute cloth outfits (wtf, Blizz, clothies want cute stuff too!!). Make sure to wowhead something though because often times there are the same skins but easier to get. Mogit doesn't list multiple skins of the same item, so double check to make your life easier.

Has been updated to version 2.0.1. It comes with a LOT of new features and a new look. You can also create a mogit chat link so you can share your set with others.

Hiya.
First off mogit got some awsome plugins such is Mogit:Pets that lists all tamable pets listed by family and Mogit:Companions and Mogit:Mounts(i think its self explanatory what they do).Awesome plugins totally worth trying out.
Second,i have problem with wishlists - i dont know how to individualy load each wishlist i saved.
For example,i made wishlist named "Ranged" where i put(imagine that!) all range weapons i like and wishlist named "Head" where i but all the head pieces i like.
When i click wishlist mog load both of them and i would like to load only Ranged.Anyone knows if this is possbile, and if yes than how?
Thx in advance.

Heya all, maybe you can help me. I have the new version of mogit. I find the sets I had created before the patch, I can rename and delete them, but I can't try them on anymore. WHY? Or how do I try them on now? Previously I did this via the preview window and chose my set, but my preview window doesn't have any buttons anymore. HELP! I'm lost without Mogit!

edit: Mogit seems bugged for me. It doesn't load any of the items and makes everything quite laggy when I open it up, but I can't find a newer version than the one I'm using....
edit 2: does anyone know where I can find a working mogit?

Did you relog since that attempt? I had MogIt bug out on me last night, in a similar manner to how yours did, but a /reload fixed it. The Curse version linked in the first post is the one I have. I am loving a lot of the new features, though there is a slight issue with undisplayed helms showing up unbidden in the preview window until I add a helm and remove that from the preview.

I did log in and out twice, to check if I had missed a newer edition and had closed the game. It didn't help. But I will try downloading this one this evening when I'm back from work.
