Dark Ranger's Hood

Hey everyone!

Not sure if this was posted or not, or if it's common knowledge, but I found on reddit how to get this mail transmog helmet!

First you do the dialogue with Death Hunter Moorgoth, then you buy 13 of his roses. You take them to the girl, Dark Ranger Valanora, and complete her dialogue. Return to Moorgoth. Once you complete his dialogue, Valanora will offer you a quest to give him a spare hood. When you turn the quest in, you can purchase the hood from him and it unlocks the appearance for transmog!

I love it!!! I'm so glad that more happened with those NPCs. It's not the helm model I was expecting from Dark Ranger's Hood (I was hoping a bit more for that big billowy clothlike one that Velonara wears), but I'm still really pleased and I'm wearing it right now.

I get that it was made to look nice on female BEs but my male BE would have looked nice too if it weren't for some things. For one it's right under his chin, like it's too small, on the females it's farther out, more resting on the chest. The other thing that bothers me is that his hair shows yet somehow his brows STILL clip

It's not just edgy. He actually gives you a hint:

"I want to give her a dozen roses, but I don't feel like that would be quite enough...."

It's not just edgy. He actually gives you a hint:

"I want to give her a dozen roses, but I don't feel like that would be quite enough...."

I guess I just disregarded that as "roses are insufficient in general. all he has are roses. this doesn't go anywhere." Since most NPCs, if they talk, just ramble a little and that's it, end of story, doesn't go anywhere.
